Policies on Cancellations, Missed Appointments, Privacy, Security & Refunds

Cancellations:

Please understand that we have a limited number of appointments available each week. Appointments are booked by location to ensure efficient travel.

We value your time and are committed to providing our clients with prompt, effective training solutions for their pets. When you schedule an appointment you are reserving this time.  In addition, other client appointments are set around your time and location.  Because we travel to your home for appointments we schedule by location to ensure efficient travel time to help keep our costs down -- which ultimately keeps your cost down.  If you must cancel a scheduled appointment we require 48 hours notice so that we can attempt to re-fill the appointment time with someone in your geographical area. Failure to cancel with 48 hours notice will result in a $75 fee.

Missed Appointment Fee:

If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and you are not home, you will be charged the FULL PRICE of the scheduled visit.
