Responsibilites:
Provide training and behavior modification to clients and their pets according to the company guidelines and standards.
Excellent work ethic & time management skills.
Interacting with the public in a professional manner and excel at building relationships.
Excellent documentation skills using our training platform.
This position will cover the Northern Miami Valley - Huber Heights, Vandalia, Tipp City, Troy, Englewood, Clayton etc. and be a back-up for other areas as needed.
Qualifications:
Professional certification through CCPDT, KPA, VSA or other nationally recognized certification.
Are able to “read the room” when working with animals and their humans and able to reply with empathy and compassion.
Are flexible working with a team and comfortable offering ideas and receiving feedback.
Have communication and Grammar skills that are A+ for writing, typing, and messaging.
Are prompt, punctual and reliable.
Have reliable transportation, insurance and a good driving record.
Have a smart phone and good technical skills.
Can pass a background check and drug screen.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
