Cancellations & Missed Appointment Policy

Please understand that we have a limited number of appointments available each week. Appointments are booked by location to ensure efficient travel of the trainer.  

We value your time and are committed to providing our clients with prompt, effective training solutions for their pets. When you schedule an appointment you are reserving this time.  In addition, other client appointment are set around your time and location.  Because we travel to your home for appointments we schedule by location to ensure efficient travel time to help keep our costs down -- which ultimately keeps your cost down.  If you must cancel a scheduled appointment we require 48 hours notice so that we can attempt to re-fill the appointment time with someone in your geographical area. Failure to cancel with 48 hours notice will result in a $50 fee.  

 

Effective January 1, 2017 --

Cancellation Fee -

Appointments cancelled without 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

Missed Appointment Fee -

If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and you are not home, you will be charged the FULL PRICE of the scheduled visit.  You will receive an invoice in the mail for a missed appointment fee.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect and How We Use and Share It

We are the sole owners of the information collected. We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via emailor other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request for services.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information, your information is protected both online and offline. Only people who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. All documents are kept confidential, and are shredded and disposed securely.

There are no refunds for completed sessions.
